• 51yr Old Newly Diagnosed

Hello, well today was the big day, I found out I officially have ASC and likely have ADHD.  It seems so unfair for 51years I've thought I was inferior, different or defective.  Seems a shame that it took a 3rd massive burn out before I discovered the…

  • RE: Help Pls

anxiety in response to stressful situations is perfectly normal, but to much in short period of time might overload you, you do not want to have a meltdown in public

  • RE: I need to stop being a people pleaser

  • RE: The Four Agreements

but hold on... I think your very best is a sure path towards burn-out. Surely there are certain types of people - who actually need to do less of their best? And being impeccable with your word? What exactly does that mean? Does it mean the paralysis…

  • RE: diagnosed and dropped in the deep end

Congratulations and i am sorry this had led to a burn out. I would need to rest now. For me, no one else could help, i just need to rest. Talking about it would exhaust me too. I hope you can allow yourself to rest and recover from the busy time that…

  • RE: Exhaustion following meltdowns

This has happened to me a few times. A normal but really unfortunate part of meltdowns for some people. Having a meltdown puts the body and mind through so much, it's absolutely exhausting, you burn out fast and need rest, lots of it to recover.
