I Like to eat the same thing every day for about 8 weeks then crash for 3 weeks then do another 8 weeks of good food.
breakfast = oatmeal, raspberries, milk, chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
lunch = chicken, seasoning, brocoli, greenbeans, asparagus, potatoes, 28g cheese, olive oil
dinner = salmon, cod, veg
drinks = water in each meal
= supplements a load
= protein drink mixed with milk
I always find 1 takeaway a week is a better balance than every day or multiple times in a week good job on the weight loss.
couscous is a big favourite for me with a bit of a chicken stock cube.

Yep! And even when I honestly mean to take vitamin supplements, I often forget
I'm kind of the same I still live at home and my mum is a pretty good cook and she makes the things I like, I do worry about when I move out about eating I will need to have a little board on the wall that just says "REMEMBER TO EAT!".
I've said it before but I think it must be an autism thing that I don't really feel hunger as strongly as I should, I can quite easily go a few days without eating and not really feel anything apart from tiredness.
I'm "ok" at cooking but I don't really enjoy cooking and I finding eating very much to be a chore, I always have.
I overthink about what I eat a lot and I need to be healthier I quite skinny if we don't have what I like to eat in I will just not eat 9 times out of 10 at least unless I'm starving.
I like what you've written though I might copy that and use it as guide.

thats probably whats keeping you alive so never stop. The Kids must love you. well, u know that i know they do. They probably cant wait to get there ! The world needs more Pikl !
I don't put salad cream in my salad, but then I combine chopped fruit into my salads, not sure salad cream would go with pear, Apple and grapes lol.
When I'm on form that's exactly what I look like! I'm lively, energetic, possibly worse than the children. Hyper!
my diet is usually atrocious. i eat too much, and i stick with the same foods for weeks. luckily, recently i have moved to salads so i'm eating better, but i do use lashings and lashings of salad cream with the salad.
somtimes u sound like an entertainer to me --- like a those enthusiastic TV children's entertainer people

I spend my day looking like I'm training for the SAS. Crawling, running, jumping, spinning. It can exhausting meeting the physical sensory needs of children. But I do eat far too much chocolate. I either eat rubbish or I don't eat at all. Think I need to stitch my mouth shut for awhile before I need larger clothes lol.
i having to cut down. i can easily eat 2 bars ( 100g ) a day but i do high energy work ----- issue is when there is no high energy work and aidie continues to eat the 2 bars a day
We definitely need to get together with chocolate and tea. Though all the chocolate is mine!

i used to do chocolate surveys/testing ---- they would send you chocolate sample which you would write reviews on ( pages and pages of questions )
I had to give them up,, they were so time comsuming
