I Like to eat the same thing every day for about 8 weeks then crash for 3 weeks then do another 8 weeks of good food.
breakfast = oatmeal, raspberries, milk, chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
lunch = chicken, seasoning, brocoli, greenbeans, asparagus, potatoes, 28g cheese, olive oil
dinner = salmon, cod, veg
drinks = water in each meal
= supplements a load
= protein drink mixed with milk
my diet is usually atrocious. i eat too much, and i stick with the same foods for weeks. luckily, recently i have moved to salads so i'm eating better, but i do use lashings and lashings of salad cream with the salad.
I don't put salad cream in my salad, but then I combine chopped fruit into my salads, not sure salad cream would go with pear, Apple and grapes lol.
