Do you get angry? I get angry. A "friend" of mine is making me angry today. If you get angry then this is the thread to let off steam. All those irritating NT's winding you up. You'd like to bury them in a shallow grave wouldn't you? *Hold on there is someone at the door**Sound of man being dragged away by White Coated individuals*
I think it is just anxiety but my mum knows so I will be having a checkup soon anyway
Thanks I will enjoy it :o)

As an amateur woodworker (it’s a hobby, not an occupation or qualification of mine) I make things for people.
Amateur status and being autistic don’t often mix well for me.
As a beginner, I am prone to making a lot of mistakes, as an autistic person, I spot every single one. No matter how small and ‘unnoticeable’ they are. It can be frustrating at times.
I was making some wooden handles for a project I’ve been working on recently and one was slightly out of line. Someone might argue that it’s barely noticeable, someone might justify it as character, but for me it’s neither. I have put them in the scrap bin and will start again when I’m in a better frame of mind.
I thought that was COPD.
You wouldn't want to meet me then, I have a cough like that too. Asthma caused by allergies.
Jónny Cash uses the expression too, in a track titled When the Man comes Around. One of my favourite bands did a cover of it
It's good job you explained as my initial thoughts were that you worked as lumberjack. *chortle*I have been in the same situation many times.
For example when I am in a complex-social situation, and I am masking to minimise my negative-impact on the situation, by letting my stressors remain present and affecting me. But the neurotypical-people I am with are angry that I am not appeasing them more, but they are ignorant of my limitations and overloads, so they think that pressing me into action or omission is right for the situation.
Is this something you've seen aDr about? It may be anxiety what with your exam but you should get checked better to be safe than sorry.
Relax, enjoy your half term break
There are plenty of collectivists the world over.
The REAL Communists aren't China, they're the US Teachers, and Academics, who push forward utopian collectivism.
My chest was hurting today got tired and out of breath
Happy about half-term but have exams april which I'm anxious about because I don't do good in tests
It drives me crazy I keep my headphoneson at home if things are to noisy I'm hyper sensitive to noise
Kids screaming loud cars shouting is a sensory overload for me. Some times people aren't aware of how triggering it can be
That would drive me mad. I don’t think you should be able to hear neighbours through the walls. Next door constantly lets their kids scream and their dog bark and she has an awful laugh too. I have dogs but don’t let them bark, as well as annoying me it’s a matter of respect. When it gets really bad I have to wear my loop ear plugs.
I wouldn’t necessarily hate you, but if you coughed all of the time then yes I’d hate that! Repetitive noise really affects me mentally.
We had a neighbour at our old home who use to hum really loudly and could hear him through the wall lol
The world would be a better place if all states adopted an ethical Foreign Policy. That is what progress looks like.
You'd hate me then. I am Asthmatic.
A fell development?
Nick Cave is the first thing i think of when i hear the expression too. I have that album on CD.
I hope you're having a better day today.
