What are everyone's plans for 2024?
In January, I shall visit Ayr; for Burns Night. Have the B and B booked. However, I have to wait before booking the cross-ferry coach to Ayr, and back. But I created a new account with CityLink.
Also, I intend to head to Birmingham in July for an annual conference; I last attended back in 2014.
I do need to get a new lock, for my luggage case; as I forgot the security code for the built-in lock. Thank God I took the zips out; back in March, after returning from Manchester.
That sounds nice, shut the world out and watch a nice film.
I can be like that. It's hard to plan some things as life can be so uncertain.
Congratulations! Best of luck to you and your partner to be.
Well my biggest plan is to go to Cardiff where I'm going to see Taylor Swift perform live! I've never been to a live concert before so I'm hoping it will be a good experience.
My other plans are to start working full time, start learning to drive and hopefully be in a good position to help my Dad get the house sorted as it's very old and needs a lot of care and attention.
I hope to volunteer with animals and go and see a friend of mine and continue to get more confident with cooking ^_^
I love a trier with good intentions.
I stay in as well, usually have my headphones on and listen to music as the continuous fireworks and shouts from outside are too much for me to cope with.
My brother who has Downs normally sits in my room on my bed colouring, sometimes we watch a film together.
We normally stay in on New Year’s Eve and cook a nice meal. Would like to visit Italy in the summer and my assessment should be taking place in June, I hope it brings some closure.
I hope it's a good year for you. I plan so much for the next year every year and I get probably about 10% achieved, if that to be honest, such a failure but guess it's all good intentions.
imma learn more about wolves
Yeah, it's a lot. Thank you!
My plan is the same as every year. As The Mountain Goats said
"I am gonna make it through this year if it kills me"
My plan for 2024 = It will arrive, I will live through it.....and before I know it, it will be 2025....or 2026.....because it is not unusual for me to loose entire years of my life, to LIFE. Macro planning is not my forte.
Wow ! That's a wonderful thing to do.......and I'm not surprised that this is your only plan......it is not only a wonderful thing, it's a big thing to get organised and to participate in. I wish you and your fiancee all the best.
The 2nd part of my assessment is due in January/February time of 2024. If you're in the UK there's around a 5 year wait list unless you go private.
Thank you so much!
I like Ed Sheeran too! But I mainly enjoy pop music and boybands so that's the sort of thing I would sing.
Blues, pop and country are my favourite to sing. I think blues is my first love of music because I had a Grandad who was obsessed with it, he played it so much and I heard it a lot growing up because of him.
But pop and country are up there for me as well. I'm greatly inspired by Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran, their music inspires me and drives me to be like them.
Do you like singing or any music?
What do you like to sing?
Insofar as I have any plans, I guess I'll get formally assessed next year, one way or another. It hasn't been my top priority this year, because going back into work after 6 years has been enough and I don't have the bandwidth. But it's on my radar.
