Another night in. How are the Night Owls?
cowboys dip their bandanas in the stream and wrap them around their necks to keep cool. I have also wrapped cold bandanas around my wrists where the blood comes close tot he surface. I used to live in Arizona. Have a few wet bandanas in the freezer and swap them out for around the neck and wrists. Works a charm.

This heat is just intolerable.
I do. I think I'd want to get travelling within the UK again first. Get my confidence back up.

I rarely watch TV any more - I prefer to download what I want and watch at my convenience as I have only my mobile phone for an internet connection at the moment.
NHK channel had lots of great Far Eastern documentaries that I used to watch and got me interested in going off the beaten track.
Typically it has been work taking me out here so I want more time for myself to visit and explore.
Do you have a wish list of places to visit?
It's a great channel. Do you watch Sabbatical at all? He has a lot of good travel videos in Latin America, The Far East and Africa.
Are you the person on here that follows the Youtube channel AbroadInJapan?
I am that one - I have setup my own channel as a homage called AbroadInBrazil but have not got round to creating content for it - tried a few things but I think I'm rubbish at presenting.
oh thanks for this. maybe tonight I can hear all about your adventure. aloha
Awesome. Are you the person on here that follows the Youtube channel AbroadInJapan?
Nope. International travel would be quite beyond me at the moment. But I still have plenty of time on earth.
Good night.
I love it - been 5 times so far and hoping to go in October but need a few things to fall into place to have the time off for a lengthy trip to Japan, Myanmar and Laos.
For me the food and culture are the biggest plusses for Japan, with the safety and cleanliness close behind.
I'm off to Japanese vocabulary-land. nite-nite all!
how are you doing there these days there seems to be a great upheaval. I hope you are out of harm's way!
have you been?
Japan is a fascinating place.
Ha, yeah, I've been on my laptop for 2 hours downstairs - feel quite sleepy now so will have to try bed again. cos work in 6 hrs time. need try to sleep.
thanks for talking
