Hi this week has been the worst and I have started vaping it feels amazing the issue is I can’t stop now I feel like a smoker even though I quit years ago well I wasn’t really addicted to that. Now that the vapes are so popular I thought why not and now I can’t seem to stop I’m vaping now grape flavour it’s like Calpol when we were kids and we got a fever our parents gave us Calpol and I love the flavour still. Is this a bad addition and if it is how do I stop?
I don't think that my bot research is worthy of Bletchley either......hence no need for code....just an obvious marker of information.
If you're interested......I'm interested in the time delay between the two (almost inevitable) posts from the same entity.....the first being this sort of inane tosh.....followed by a commercial link embedded within the followup.
"Ignore this"?? I thought that you had PDA. But you expect us mere mortals to comply? Please explain before I go mad... (that is not a command to explain, you understand...)

Fairy Nuff.
That code isn't worthy of Bletchley.
Perhaps now, but not then.

It’s tough to break the cycle once it starts feeling like a comfort thing. Have you considered setting small goals to cut back gradually or looking into support groups? Sometimes sharing experiences with others in similar situations can really help.

If the continued responses are bothering you, it might be worth editing your post and including a note to explain your vaping is no longer an issue.
However, if you really do want your post to be removed, it's a matter of e-mailing a request to communitymanager@nas.org.uk with the URL of your post. It's helpful if you also include your NAS number (i.e. NAS18680).
I get what you're going through. Vaping can be surprisingly addictive, especially with flavors like grape—it's nostalgic in a way. When I struggled with quitting before, I found gradually cutting down helped. Maybe start by limiting where and when you vape. And don't be too hard on yourself—it's about progress, not perfection.
Thanks for the advice I don’t vape anymore if someone offers I have a little bit but I don’t go out and buy vapes
In conjunction with your last comment.....I think this might prove to be a helpful thread to others in the future......so why don't you leave it here?
Not sure how to delete this post but I haven’t touched a vape in months. I stopped buying them wasn’t that hard and haven’t touched a vape since.
I tried a vape, just a normal tobacco flavoured one and I really didn't get on with it, it made me cough and gave me a sore throat and even the lowest nicotine level was to high for me. I must say though, I don't understand why people want to smoke bubblegum and berry flavours?

Like any habit, it can easily spiral into addiction. But hey, recognizing it is the first step towards making a change, right? It's like they say, "Awareness is key!" So, you're already on the right track.
I tried vaping did nothing for me it’s the plumes of smoke the flavours and smell in the air a lot is hype if your harming no one vape enjoy free world, but if your trying to quit withdraw gradually like rach says wean yourself off them. My ex smoked I loved it the smell of vape lots of fun
I smoke the disposable ones I am going to try to wean myself off them.
