all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have ( even just one thing is a positive step )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think.

It leaves me quite emotionally raw and i sometimes long to be concerned with my own life only. I normally read exclusively on my interests and forget my own life or what i should be doing with it entirely.
Haha. Did it? Think of each human as just being like yourself rather than an alien menace. They might be isolated and looking for refuge too. Makes me feel better to think of NT'S that way too. Just another human like yourself who has thought everything you have thought.

I feel like that on here too. Socially anxious. Don't worry at all. Even if people disagree with you i'm sure they understand. We're all on the spectrum here. :)

I get worried just posting a bit on here then checking I don't make people mad. Its a bit new for me to use a chat forum and I'm a bit worried I can't keep it up. Making friends and all that. There were a few angry comments posted here and there and Im scared I'll irk someone unintentionally. There, confessions of my first week here
Its not even other people. It's the world's problems that i've always got on my mind. The broader picture. So i will spend all day reading about that. I enjoy speaking with my ASD friend on it as he is obsessed too. That's what i'm doing when the more functional are getting married or achieving something.
I totally get that! It's exhausting to care and check on people. Drains all my batteries.
