all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have  ( even just one thing is a positive step )

  • Its not even other people. It's the world's problems that i've always got on my mind. The broader picture.  So i will spend all day reading about that.  I enjoy speaking with my ASD friend on it as he is obsessed too.  That's what i'm doing when the more functional are getting married or achieving something.
