I’ve been thinking about earplugs for a while, I use noise cancelling earphones a lot, problem is I can’t sleep on my side wearing them and my wife power snores, would like to try earplugs but don’t know if I can tolerate something in my ears. A friend…
I use loop which are essentially reusable and discreet earplugs - they're great but don't separate frequencies like they say they do.

Have you heard of Loop Earplugs? Apparently they are really good.

I've found sunglasses and loop earplugs a lifesaver, helps me with sensory overload in such a big way.
I couldn't live without them anymore.
Have you tried corded earplugs? they dampen everything farther than 2m, if it is closer you can hear it normally, muffled a bit
Ear defenders + moldable earplugs (+ whatever earphones you like if you want to listen to music) makes for a lovely quiet time. All very inexpensive.
Same as Dawn said,be interesting if it works.

This might sound trivial but noise cancelling headphones and Loop earplugs while at work or out and about instantly lowered my anxiety and confusion levels.
