If people aren't responding, then it's likely to be because you haven't provided enough information for them to understand the issue you require help with, or because the issue is one that they lack knowledge of and therefore cannot help with.

If you're seeking advice, it can sometimes take time to receive a response.

They’re just asking for nappy options or recommendations. It’s not rocket science. If you have nothing to offer them, just move on by. Some times people are desperate for help.

The OP has updated/changed their question. What Sporadic Sparkly has written is in response to a much shorter question with no information at all.
