If people aren't responding, then it's likely to be because you haven't provided enough information for them to understand the issue you require help with, or because the issue is one that they lack knowledge of and therefore cannot help with.

No harm done, so don't worry. At the time that I had responded to the post, it had read more like a statement, as all it had stated was the same as the title of the post.

Thank you. I realise this now after reading another discussions. I came back to apologise to Sporadic Sparkly for not understanding the full situation. 

The person who posted this keeps changing names and I’ve been getting inbox messages from them. Not sure if they’re trolling or need serious intervention but something needs to be done. 

The OP has updated/changed their question. What Sporadic Sparkly has written is in response to a much shorter question with no information at all.
