This is dedicated to TheCatWoman (ref 'the Autistic Chess Club').
Cheese is my 'raison d'etre'.
Anyone else here cheesey?
You Feta believe it!
Brieking the mould here, emmental of you when I said, the world is a better plaice if we get back to the sauce. I'm fondou of this thread than the udders.
I get the same symptoms from coconut oil as I do with animal fats, also it tastes weird, I used some to make pastry and my leek, chestnut and mushroom pasties tasted strongly of coconut and were ruined.
I remember ‘Confessions of a Window Cleaner,’ how about ‘Confessions of a Cheese Maker?’
It's funny you say that. I can't lie to save my life and when I have, I've exploded the truth within hours.
I've heard that this is why autistics are over-represented in jail. Not because they commit more crime, but because they don't lie about it after.

Morning Debbie, it was a rather horrible thread. I try not to judge as it may be a fellow autistic person stuck in their own hell at the moment. Those sort of threads have to be reported and removed to protect especially the younger members.
Anyway, cheese salutations to you and yours, I’m off to my workshop to continue the fabrication of metal gates for my new home. I have purposely made them quite high.
I am wondering wether to break with convention and add Marmite to my cheese sandwiches today, I know this will horrify some!

Lol.
Only someone who had read that vitriolic thread would get your clever joke.
Goodly morning Roy and wishing you and yours a splendid day.
According to the earlier post, we all brie long in a special hell.

Me too.
I camembert it
That really grates on me!
Do I need parmesan to post in this this thread, or am I gouda to go?
Roy said:Cheese Gromit!
Wensleydale?
All that sounds so gorgeous and tasty!
Blessed are the Greek!
Blessed are the cheese makers.

Cheese is my absolute favourite safe food, I love cheese sandwiches, crackers, omelettes and chips. Really strong and chalky Cheddar is a fave.. Cheese on toast with fruity sauce is pure perfection in my cheese world!
Tonight is chilli con carne covered in sour cream and grated cheese. Cheese Gromit!
Yep, cheese sandwiches, cheese & crackers, cheese on pizza, cheese topping on lasagne/cottage pie/fish pie, cheese sprinkled onto Bolognese, plus the sweet treats with mascarpone - cheesecake & Tiramisu - yum!
