any tips how to stop?
oh i uh just looked it up and I definetly am a maladaptive daydreamer. I day dream constantly and I even set aside a few hours 2-5 usually for daydreaming. Once I had a day dream that lasted 27hours straight. I didnt eat or sleep or leave my room during that time, but its something that calms me so I never saw it as a problem.
Wow! That's like virtual reality without the headset.
What do you mean?
You're immersed in another world; NT peeps have to buy a games console and a VR headset to experience the same
