What do you mean?

I constantly daydream, too. Sometimes, it felt like I was able to fly. Plus, I imagine songs I know. Plus memories linked to the song.

Why would you want to stop?

Wow! That's like virtual reality without the headset.

I thought this was 'normal' for peeps like us.

I just manage mine instead of trying to stop it.

I don't know how to stop or how my brain would deal with all the empty space if I did. 

oh i uh just looked it up and I definetly am a maladaptive daydreamer. I day dream constantly and I even set aside a few hours 2-5 usually for daydreaming. Once I had a day dream that lasted 27hours straight. I didnt eat or sleep or leave my room during that time, but its something that calms me so I never saw it as a problem.
