Tat Tvam Asi, a Sanskrit phrase, "That thou art," is one of the Mahāvākyas in Vedanta. It's a statement that the true essence or origin of everything that exists is sat, and that this essence is what the indivdual in essence is. Me neither  I have found it helpful as a reminder 'that otherness is myself' (thou art that) i.e. when people/I criticise others it is often unconsciously a 'projection' of themselves/myself https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychological_projection
