I feel bad when it's sunny outside but I'm burned out and tired so I can't go out to enjoy it. since it's rarely sunny, when it finally comes there's the expectation and pressure to go out and enjoy it.
Yeah, sounds a lot like my story. The only difference that I fail in forcing or motivating myself to do stuff
Thank you there :)
Same here, especially if I ought to be cycling. Sometimes I have to force myself and then I do often feel better for it, but other times I stay in and feel bad. Or at least try to sit by the window for a bit so I can look out at the nice weather so I haven't entirely wasted it! If I can at least sit outside that is nice, but not always as simple as it should be.
It's usually cool and snowy here so when I do get a good blast of sunshine it's once in a blue moon... I prefer it cold and darker to be honest. Light upsets me and I'm used to it being this way.
I hope you recover from your burnout soon and are back out enjoying the sun
A change in seasons upsets me. I have found wearing sunglasses does help a bit, the weirdness comes from a hormone change for most people, but I think light sensitivity and hayfeve both play a big role also for me
