Hi all,
Seems I'm on a roll with posting stuff!! Does anyone else find jokes like - What do you get if you cross a kangaroo with a sheep? - completely unfunny and pointless? I find slap stick or people getting frights or bodily functions hilarious but jokes that have punch lines lead me to - Yeah I get it but it's not funny. My Mum takes the pi** when she laughs at these kinds of jokes and I'm straight faced because she thinks I don't get it when in actual fact I do. It's simply not funny to me. Yet I can watch continual youtube videos of POOTERS and be in tears with laughter....
Thoughts?
H :-)
Ha! Brilliant! I've seen some great dog grooming vans driving about with word play names. I think "The muts nuts" would be highly amusing and extremely inappropriate. :-)
Sounds like sausage scissors which could be why there's an age minimum even though the product is evidently not scissors...... :-) Funny on so many levels.
Between the two of us, we get everything back on the shelves in no time.
One of those situations where I know I shouldn't laugh but I do.....
“No, you’re the best!”.
Cracker!!! LOL
I Sperg said:A little of that goes a long way..."
Brilliant.
love it.
Staying on a scatological theme, one of the best bit's of ad lib humour I've ever seen came form a very young (maybe ten?) lad who when comtemplating the pile of dogs excrement on the pavement that had been trodden and tracked up the street in a suitably old and sage voice, said to no-one in particular; "A little of that goes a long way..."
an old classic!
What's brown and steamy and comes out of cowes?
-The isle of wight ferry.
good one
In the supermarket this morning, there's an old lady in front of me at the checkout, her card has been declined. Seeing as she only has a small basket, and it is #WorldKindnessDay, I ask if I can help.
My mum texted me this morning saying “Your the best!”; I responded “No, you’re the best!”.
She’s been so happy all day that I don’t have the heart to tell her that I was only correcting her grammar.
