Anyone elses head go into overdrive at night time like you have a vortex or something swirling around inside your head. Takes me ages to get to sleep usually I'm up all night painting and have to tier myself out mentally untill the sun comes up so can sleep finally. Like I'll be awake for a full 24 hours longest I've gone without sleep is 40 hours that's usually when you start to halosenate so try and avoid that but if I'm excited I can't switch off like wise if I'm anxious. At the moment I'm kind of anxious and excited as I have a metal gig coming up which I'm forcing myself to go at alone to try and help better my anxiety and my tattoo coming up I guess which I'm nervous yet exited for.
That's what my body insists on doing. The going to sleep with the sun part, anyway. At this time of year I wake up and then wait about 5 hours for the sun to rise.
That sounds like a really tough situation to be in. I can relate to being anxious and excited simultaneously, as I often experience it when doing something outside of my comfort zone. It sounds like you're already doing the right thing by pushing yourself to go to the metal gig alone to help with your anxiety. I think it's great that you're taking steps to help yourself manage your anxiety, and hopefully, the tattoo will also be a source of comfort for you. Additionally, guys from Sleep Underground have items like foam pillows or sleep masks that you might find helpful. I hope you find a way to relax your mind and get a good night's sleep in the near future.
I read recently that the best time to go to bed is between 10pm and 11pm.
Last night I went at 11pm.
I woke up exhausted, not knowing what time it was, I thought 2am or 3am. It turned out to be 11:55pm. Then I watched TV , film ' Dusk till dawn' and went back to sleep at 2am.
Don't like Disney cause Walt Disney was a N,A,Z,I pixar I tend to make an acception for though. Since that's not actually Walt Disneys work.
I'm basically nocturnal these days
I believe it's natural for the human body to go to sleep with the sun and wake up with the sun.
Shame I never follow my own advice.
I like to hallucinate
have you read Alice in Wonderland?
or watched Annihilation?
