Another member used to do these but it's been ages so I thought I would create a new one as the last seemed full and long :)
Here we can do daily updates good and bad. I guess it'll be like a virtual diary and we can offer each other support. It helps to talk and be open.
My daily update today is that I've had a quiet day. I didn't go out. I did a lot of reading and went in the garden, but it was hot so I came back in lol. I've listened to a lot of music as well, mostly 1D today.
Hoping tomorrow might be a bit more eventful.
Nice one!
Listening to my Paul Young record. Nice and soothing. Might go for a nap soon as I'm tired zzzz
Had a nice time at the river feeding the ducks and playing with my son. Got a big new cuddly penguin
Listening to the Space LPs I got in the post last Friday.
Listening to the twenty-fifth-anniversary reissue of Be Here Now; which arrived in the post on Friday. Straight after coming back from Mass.
I ordered Season 1 of the Blacklist - suggestion from a guy who regularly texts me - on Amazon - Friday Night - and it came yesterday. Must find time to watch individual episodes; I'm not a binger.
One of my tyres required airing today. The man who normally does my tyres did it this morning.
Which story? So many good ones in the PCap era
After several recommendations, I have started reading Fingers in the Sparkle Jar by Chris Packham. It’s my first adventure into books linked to the autistic experience, I’ll see how it goes. Thank you to those of you who made recommendations, I’ll gradually work through them.
Had a nice walk in a woods today too.
I had a much cooler day today. Only 21-c for me.
I watched Doctor Who (Peter Capaldi) and I had a good sleep this afternoon.
Overall, it was a much cooler day temperature wise. Still too hot for my liking, but far more bearable. As a result. I managed to get in the garage for a while to continue with a woodworking project. My aim is to stay a new project tomorrow. I’m even planning a walk this evening to get out for a bit, which is a bit of a change of pace from the past week or so.
No. I work in a university.
Civil Service?

I'm one of those
For being active outside the best is -10C for me, easy to breath and no sweating
It's a lot cooler here now, in Belfast. Downpours are helping. Though the Covvid-related open windows in my office now mean that I'm freezing while others seem impervious to the cold.
Had a nap for about an hour. Then had my, usual, Sunday evening garlic bread pizza at the Woodburn stall next to where I live.
I'm also slow-cooking chicken.
Prognosis says it'll cooldown from tomorrow, at least 5 degree down, possibly even get cloudy and rainy,
Slept until Noon today, and woke up with a migraine. However, I bought groceries this evening. And Brentford beat United 4-0.
Now, I feel bright and chipper.
Same. I'm from Lisburn.
At Great Victoria Street train station, just after leaving the Europa Buscentre side of the complex.
I'm from Northern Ireland.
