Does anyone else find it difficult to get sleep? I've got music, meditations, mindfulness etc and yet still awake!!
I just lay awake all night staring at a black sealing listening to music I find the night more peaceful anyway less distractions don't get em wrong I try and regulate my sleeping pattern when I need to but if I have nothing to do the next day I more or less stay up either binge watching something on Netflix or listening to music. Only downside is I then find it very difficult to get my sleeping pattern back on track. Wieredly I feel less lonely during the night than I do during the day as well. I'm also more productive at night my brain seems more engaged and awake then it other does during the day.
My body clock also does more work during the night.
I guess it's fart of not being physically designed to conform.
