Because like i've said before, i dont know anyone that hates you. There are lots of people who care about you and want you to be ok.

    In the 'platonic' rather than the 'romantic' sense of 'caring' ~ it would be reasonable to consider that the person likes who they are addressing as a friend and wishes them well as like lots of others they know.
