Often, it's hard to put into words how anxious you're feeling, apart from saying, I feel 'like ***' or 'bad' or 'not great'. The word itself, 'anxiety', doesn't even begin to cover the many symptoms of the body and of the mind that arise from it. Maybe it's just me, but I think finding the words to tell someone else how anxious, low or depressed you're feeling is hard—if not impossible.

Sometimes I just think about how someone else might feel about the situation. Maybe they’d just say, what will be will be. Or, I’ll worry about that when it happens etc…
You could also try writing down your worries at night before you go to bed.
If you feel more anxious than normal, lessen the amount of energy you are using each day. Give yourself time to just chill out, and also, try exercise or walking outside. It really does take the edge off things.

I handle it, in low-lying levels, but it can get unbearable. I unmask in public, by displays of impatience. Like the 'One Foot in the Grave' episode when Victor couldn't settle down in a waiting room; to see a solicitor.
