I've just joined your community, I've only recently been diagnosed, so my mind is in a total spin, i'm interested to know if anyone else relied a diagnosis in their 40s and how it has affected them.

Can’t say I was diagnosed in my 40’s because I wasn’t but I was diagnosed at 18. How are you finding it now that you know you’re autistic?
