So many people like me struggle with socialising and get overwhelmed with large groups. What can be done about this?
Good afternoon
I struggle with large groups and get overwhelmed.
Takes me a couple of days to process what happened.
Usually sit next to people at my community group who I know.
Can you sit at the back of the church? To escape quietly.
To this day I can tell you that I have never actually sung a hymn at a church, I only ever mouthed the words, and I was in the choir for a year..
