anger management

I am a school studeni am a school student sometimes i get annoyed and stressed and lash out or rush out  has anyone got any

advice or coping mechanisms please

  • I'm really calm - non-emotional for a long time and then it all becomes too much and I explode. I'm trying to learn to remove my self from these situations when I feel myself become like that. Try some relaxation/meditation breathing. I use the Calm app and it really helps me.
