I am a school studeni am a school student sometimes i get annoyed and stressed and lash out or rush out has anyone got any
advice or coping mechanisms please
I'm really calm - non-emotional for a long time and then it all becomes too much and I explode. I'm trying to learn to remove my self from these situations when I feel myself become like that. Try some relaxation/meditation breathing. I use the Calm app and it really helps me.
Hi NAS76291, thank you for sharing in the online community. Individuals on the spectrum can often display behaviour that may be challenging. There will generally be a reason for this and it is important to try and understand the trigger for the behaviour when developing strategies.
