Hi. Was on here a while ago then went into a withdrawal period where I just wanted to be alone. Trying to get myself out of it as the last 18 months have been hell and need to shift my thought patterns to positive ones.
I hope you succeed with the positive thinking.
Reaching out isn’t a strong point of mind I feel nobody wants to listen so I suffer in silence
What sort of things cause the meltdowns? - If you don't mind me asking. Is it sensory stuff.
I find trust a bit issue. Diagnosed asd by some margin last year but nobody seems to be willing to take it on board esp when I have a meltdown or stressed. Get told often “it’s just an excuse “. I wish..
