My name is rosy 

I was diagnosed in 2005, which pleased about. My ex employer bullied me and result got PTSD and depression. Nearly left two years ago, without a apology. 

Now got a very long road to recovery, with help from doctors and a listening service. Being in nature, art and writing things down helps me. Also working out the triggers.

  • I'm glad you've found ways to lessen your anxiety.

    I find anxiety is something I struggle with too, more so in the past. These days I've also found ways to lessen it with activities that are relaxing and soothing. I also find physical exercise helps a lot.
