Hello Rhiang1984 welcome I’m recently diagnosed with autism I paid private only 2 months I had to wait really good considering COVID It’s quite expensive though £1200 is what it cost for me I heard it can go as high as £2000 it’s a lot of money Though but if you can afford it it’s a huge relief to get an answer hope you get your assessment soon.

I can't afford to get it private so I will have to wait until the covid situation calms down a lot although I am not the most patient person, but I have to wait like everyone else. Thanks though

Yeah Covid is really slowing things down make sure you are regularly contacting your gp let them know it’s stressing you out maybe they might see you quicker. I really hope you get your assessment as soon as possible.
