These are vegan sausages i used to make a vegan sausage casserole.
I'm not overly keen on the meat substitutes either, but sometimes if having like fajitas I'll get some Oomph kebab style meat. Otherwise I use lentils, brown green or red depending on what I'm making and sweet potatoes, and veg. Food is really all about flavours.
Yes of course you can. You can avoid carbs on any diet, if you need to. Although unless allergic, complex carbs are very healthy for us, even if diabetic.
I’m not vegan, but I eat a lot of vegan food. I’m not too keen on meat substitute items, but I do sometimes eat the Shwarma kebab meat, which is quite nice. Last night I had a plate of roasted vegetables. Tasty, but didn’t look special lol

How is this thread relevant to autism?
That's exactly! I already tried many different diets, so I know that eating healthy is very important. And what if not veggies are the most healthy for our health. I now follow https://betterme.world/articles/macro-split-for-cutting/ recommendations, and the diet contains many vegetables. And that's why I really like it and don't feel any discomfort.
I need to avoid carbs. Can I do this on a vegan diet?
I say something alike,
meatless meals are full of veggies and spices so supertasty
while meaty diet for meateaters always taste the same
Vegan food is great. Guilt free eating!!
