Vegan food is great!

I’m not vegan, but I eat a lot of vegan food. I’m not too keen on meat substitute items, but I do sometimes eat the Shwarma kebab meat, which is quite nice. 
Last night I had a plate of roasted vegetables. Tasty, but didn’t look special lol

I'm not overly keen on the meat substitutes either, but sometimes if having like fajitas I'll get some Oomph kebab style meat. Otherwise I use lentils, brown green or red depending on what I'm making and sweet potatoes, and veg. Food is really all about flavours.

I say yes to curry

It certainly is. I had a wonderful curry last night, courtesy of my son who is visiting. We used all the old veg in the fridge. So quick and easy.
