Every day I feel anxious and afraid. Has anyone got any tips on how to calm my self down?
What are your sensory needs? With me I can calm down with a certain smell or with calming music or a blanket and my favourite tv show or with a cup of tea and some chocolate. It depends on what mood I am in. Sometimes I find myself a task to occupy my mind like sorting photos on my computer.
I find that reading helps me calm down.
