Reporting symptoms

Is it normal for people on the spectrum to under report symptoms to their GP. 

I find that I'm constantly doing this.

    Don’t know, I can only speak of my own experience. It depends what symptoms you are talking about.

    I have given up telling my GP anything about autism and co-occurring symptoms. Same goes for mental health services. They are both wholly incognisant of anything to do with autism. Might just as well ask the dog or the goldfish in the garden pond.
