Sensory Issues

Does any have different levels of sensory issues?

Mine seem to vary from day today and on some days during the day. Is this "normal"?

  • I'd say it is normal. Mine tend to get into a spiral of sensory issues causing anxiety, which then heightens the sensory sensitivity, which causes higher levels of anxiety .... and so on. The level of issue that you notice may well vary based on how you were feeling before you got hit with the sensory problems, which can of course vary from day to day.
