Does any have different levels of sensory issues?
Mine seem to vary from day today and on some days during the day. Is this "normal"?
I too hate lots of questions so I can see how that upset your day. Enjoy Babylon five. I watched that years ago. I'm a bit addicted to Star Trek at the moment.
I’ve kind of pinpointed the trigger. This week my company have been celebrating neurodiversity week. So I’ve had a lot of people ask me questions and actually telling some of the senior managers about my journey to date.
Currently chilling out watching Babylon Five.
Yes. Mine vary and sometimes I can stand things which at other times I can't. It can be really unpredictable. Can be frustrating!
Yep. I went to TGI Fridays last night, took my earplugs but didn't use them. Last time I went, before my diagnosis, I drove home like a bat out of hell because of the sensory overload. It varies, like mouse2 said with stress, and I was quite chilled last night.
I have noticed the more anxious I get the more sensitive I am
I'd say it is normal. Mine tend to get into a spiral of sensory issues causing anxiety, which then heightens the sensory sensitivity, which causes higher levels of anxiety .... and so on. The level of issue that you notice may well vary based on how you were feeling before you got hit with the sensory problems, which can of course vary from day to day.
