Hello, I am having trouble with some companies terms and conditions. I find it extremely difficult to understand them as they are not presented very well and sometimes are ambiguous to such a point that they contradict each other.
Has anyone had any problems with companies and their terms and conditions and how have you been able to resolve this for yourself?
To be fair most companies these days will write terms and conditions to be many many pages long so it would take too long to read them... they think it lets them get away with stuff it never stands up in court though
Hi, I’m sorry you’re finding it hard to understand terms and conditions. You’re not alone though, they’re a minefield and are very difficult to understand. Most people I’m afraid don’t read them and just ‘accept’ without blinking an eye. Is there a specific reason why you are reading them?
