Hello, I am having trouble with some companies terms and conditions. I find it extremely difficult to understand them as they are not presented very well and sometimes are ambiguous to such a point that they contradict each other.

Has anyone had any problems with companies and their terms and conditions and how have you been able to resolve this for yourself?

  • Hi, I’m sorry you’re finding it hard to understand terms and conditions. You’re not alone though, they’re a minefield and are very difficult to understand. Most people I’m afraid don’t read them and just ‘accept’ without blinking an eye. Is there a specific reason why you are reading them?
