My strict vegan diet taking out all the things I'm allergic to has really helped my Anxiety as well as accepting I am unable to work and not trying to prove myself to other people. The gut is a current obsession of me and my brothers as we're much much better after changing our diets (he's not vegan but has a very healthy diet now and as a result less IBS symptoms).

Strangely, the linguistic connection between terms for faeces and furniture to sit on is found in many languages. Did early man make shite furniture? Now it's Ikea!
I had no interest in food before about the age of eight, I imagine that my gut microbiome was extremely sparse. It is well known that diet has a huge effect on the nature of the individual's gut microbiome.
