In my latest Autistic Not Alien YouTube video, I talk about how difficult it is to make friends as someone's who's autistic.
While I like being alone, I don’t like feeling alone. I’m grateful to the wonderful friends who have stuck around and accepted me and my autistic ways. The video is a thank you to them, and also hopefully a source of comfort to other autistic people who feel alone.
I'd be interested to know your thoughts about the video and challenges you have had with making and keeping friends.

I identify with most of that and sadly it only gets more difficult as we get older.

I can't watch the video as I don't have the tech to do so, but I do have problems making and keeping friends and it is harder as you get older, I think it's because you have less opportunities to meet people, no school, college etc.
