@Anna Mod If I understand correctly, the original poster is in the USA - No NHS111, No Childline, GP (family physician) may well not see a minor without parental consent (and insurance).
Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline: Call 1-800-4-A-CHILD (1-800-422-4453). Text 1-800-422-4453. Report abuse through live chat. Check out : https://www.childhelphotline.org/
hello, i am the person who made this post. the school deleted my account on this website, as I made it under my school email.
I live in the US. I thought you might since you said ‘middle school’.
Do you an IEP or 504 plan?
i am allowed to wear them its just the staff are idiots. my mom works at the school and she might be fired if she reports it
hi. i am in the us but i posted on this because this is the only forum i feel safe in. is childhelphotline.org the same thing?
thanks, do you know if thats international or just in UK? I'm in the US,
i tried earplugs, but noise cancelling headphones work best. they wouldn't let me go get anything either,

Hi Former Member, I’m sorry you are going through such a tough time at school. It’s good that you’ve let us know what’s happening/how you feel. Many people have similar thoughts when coping with so much and we hope you’re okay.
If you are unable to cope with the distress or despair, it’s very important to tell someone about your feelings or thoughts of suicide. Call your GP and make an urgent appointment. Your GP can make sure you get appropriate help and support.
If it’s outside your GP hours call 111 to reach the NHS 111 service:
https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/urgent-and-emergency-care-services/when-to-use-111/
The Samaritans also provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day on 116 123, or by email on jo@samaritans.org.
MIND have information pages on coping with self harm or suicidal feelings based on the experiences of people who’ve been through it that you may find helpful.
If you are very close to doing something to hurt yourself - call 999 now or go to your nearest A&E department. There should be someone there to support you and make sure you get ongoing support.
You can find more information here:

I hope these help.
Best wishes,
Anna Mod
Please don't hurt yourself! Report the staff. That's bullying and abuse, they are knowingly causing you upset and harm. You don't deserve to be treated like this.
I had similar last year at school and called Childline and they acted fast, got the police and social services in ASAP and the situation was all sorted really quickly.
I really do hope you are ok and safe. Please look after yourself and make sure you report what the staff have done because it's unacceptable behaviour.
Thinking of you and hoping you're ok x
Can I just say, Frozenheart, if you’re still undecided please try and stay here. Your intelligence, empathy and personality are amongst the things that keep me coming here
How are you feeling now? Are you able to calm down somewhere?
I dont think the school would be allowed to do that. Maybe tell your parent what happened, they could disscuss with the school.
If you arent allowed to wear noise cancelling headphones, would you be able to try ear plugs? Those could at least be more hidden from the teachers
I dont know what else to say but I hope youll be okay. And please dont hurt yourself...
