It has struck me that because the mods locked the post about the new forum platform new members won't see it so I've copied it here FYI.
Just bumping this (I am the 'deleted user' OP) so that if anyone wants to discuss the new forum, they can do so here.
I'm also linking to the most recent post by the mods as once again, because it is locked, it will be lost quite soon.

I hope we're going to get that mute button. I don't see why I should be constantly forced to interact with people I would not choose to interact with.The whole concept of a forum has it's origins in Ancient Rome, I think.
