Inflammation

I went to a gathering yesterday of eight 3 year olds and all the parents at a friend's house. I actually enjoyed myself which was rare for a social gathering, but my god was it sensory overload! Duhh, it was always going to be... I know...

I didn't sleep very well overnight, but have woken up with a bad gut (I won't go too far into that).

So, I was wondering, when you get overstimulated in this way do you also have an inflammatory response in any way, and how does this appear?

  • Hi, yes I do.

Last week I did my gait analysis which was an hour of socialising and plenty of exercise, took the whole day as we also did shopping. The next day we went out somewhere else and that took the day so on the Sunday I was what felt like burnt out. On that day I also had a very upset tummy that was most displeased with me. But I do have IBS so I'm very familiar with my gut being influenced by my brain.
