What are some of the things that you do that help you with burnout?

I had a break down whwre i used to work my doctor told me i was really ill i had a bad feeling for a while they pust so mucth pressure on all the time it was never ending and when i left i felt relived i could have easily hurt people seriously as they had pushed me so far but you learn from this and you dont go back into thease situations radio3 helps 4 extra as well sciene programs any thing im interested in helps to distract me i love nature and trees as well
