What are some of the things that you do that help you with burnout?
I personally listen to audiobooks with headphones, main thing is to not punish yourself, people sometimes think we are being lazy. An autistic brain is anything but lazy. It often needs a rest, the audiobooks I find distract it.
Yeah I feel like audio books are all I could handle atm, and headphones would block out my noisy neighbours. I appreciate your input, thank you.
