Hi Everyone,
I am a 44 year old female and have been recently diagnosed in the last 2 months.
I was given the diagnosis over Zoom am still waiting on the report. No further help has been offered or guidance. So I have trying to find my way on my own.
So just wanted to say Hi and maybe connect with a few people

I am 42 and was diagnosed in December last year via zoom. I received no further care from clinical partners and was discharged from the Community Mental Health Team in March because they don't care for people with Autism , so like you , I am out in the wind and alone . Personally , I am happy about it . I have my routines , I know what comforts me , I know what causes me anxiety and distress . Being under services caused me more distress than care.
I really hope you make lots of friends here . It's really a caring and supportive community . So I believe you've done the right thing coming here
