Can anyone think of noises that really annoy you. I hate rustling crisp packets. It sounds so loud!

I had something happen the other day that hasn't happened to me in years: being stood next to a bus when it suddenly did one of those haydraulic brake release 'Tssssss!' noises. I nearly jumped three feet in the air in alarm.
Yes, summer outdoor behaviour is its own sub-genre of annoying. The power tools thing for sure! Radios on loud with the presumption that everyone will be happy to share their taste in music. Oh, and another summer sound that has me on high alert - buzzing at close quarters. Massive insects abound, and it's not fun. I'm a bit phobic mind you!
For me, the radio and tv on at the same time. People chewing, busy pubs when voices are overlapping each other. The worst is whistling, it just drives me crazy.
For me the ones that get to me the most are phones ringing, hoover, biting nails sound and clocks chiming. It is really loud for me and just fries me.
Whirring fans or computers, especially in open plan offices.
Plus noisy neighbours partying in their gardens as soon as there's a bit of sunshine. Either that or their power tools starting up intermittently. Either way, they also seem to assume that others won't mind their loud music.
I really need to work on escaping to somewhere quieter.
Phones ringing. Especially old-school ones with that aggressive 'brrrrrng' to them. In films and tv dramas, they often let them ring for ages and it's torture. Bad enough in real life.
Ice cream van chimes. Disgusting. Produces the perfect storm of irritation and a kind of all consuming ennui. Desolate sounding at a distance, intollerable up close.
Cheery whistling. In real life or songs. Detestable.
Oh god yes ha ha. So many noises go right through me!
Like you rustling crisp packets,
The hoover,
People humming,
Anything that buzzes like electronics,
And birds lol I can't stand their singing really makes me uncomfortable.
How do you politely ask someone who slurps their tea to not slurp?
A close friend does this, and she's a work colleague on the opposite desk to me, and I hear it several times a day. The good thing is i find it more bearable than most people cos I really care about her. But I'd still like to be able to say something.
Rain is my absolute favourite thing. My happiest, most vivid, childhood memories are of laying by the open front door with the heavy carpet doormat draped on top of me and watching the rain in a storm. The patterns of the droplets, the sound of the rain, the smell of a rain storm... It was all amazing. Looking back, I must have driven my parents mad for letting all the heat out the house though!
How long have you got!
Basically:
There a probably more. Noise cancelling headphones are an amazing invention!
The sound of chewing, drinking, nail clipping really makes me twitch and wanna strangle something. Also, people talking in the back of their throat.
There are sounds I dislike, such as the sound of a hundred people taking at once. There's sounds that gross me out, mainly just people eating. But there's sounds that cut through me and make me have an outburst if I don't put effort in to control myself. The worst is crinkly packaging or plastic bags. Sometimes I'm ok with it, especially if I know the sound is coming, but most of the time it feels like acid on my eardrums and I want to scream. When my girls were toddlers with high pitched voices they were banned from talking in the backseat while I was driving because every time they would squeal or giggle I thought I would drive off the road
I'm susprised how many have said people eating. I just thought I was a mean, intolerant person with issues. I found it so so hard as a kid at home, I'm sure I came across as mean and arogant. I did everything to avoid eating with people.
