Hello everyone I have very bad eating habits I’m extremely fussy texture smells the look of something can put me right off instantly so I only like certain foods and it’s almost all unhealthy I’m 34 and I want to get healthier but I’m stuck in my routines luckily I’m only a stone overweight but I don’t want to keep eating like this.
Is anyone else struggling with this?
way to stuff my face, with chocolate probably, ( leftovers from halloween prep. ie chocolate covered apples ) i'm not fussy at all, as long as its chocolate
Hay at least your eating the apple get those vitamins
