Finding other adult diagnosed females

I was wondering if anyone is in any Facebook or private groups with females who have been diagnosed as adults?

I'm newly diagnosed aged 38.  

It would be lovely to share insights/experiences and be able to learn some coping mechanisms. 

I don't really have anyone else to speak to who understands even just silly day to day stuff.

    Hi! It's not a Facebook group, but I'd really recommend checking out Purple Ella's YouTube channel. She shares lots of her experiences and has some great tips for coping mechanisms. Her subscribers are a very friendly community too Slight smile
