Hello everybody 

I have autism and I get angry a lot does anyone else experience getting angry a lot for no good reason.

    I don't get angry lots but when I get angry about something it's very internal and I think about it lots... I don't display anger in the way that I see others do... To be honest, I'm not sure if it is anger or if it's frustration... I find it hard to know!
